Cancellation is required a minimum of 14 days before date of booking for full refund of deposit. "No show" or late notification will result in loss of deposit and the possibility of full charge for the booking. Arrival and Departure Policy Check in is from 2.00pm unless other arrangements are agreed. Lights will be on if late arrival is advised. Checkout is by 10.30am unless other arrangements are agreed.
